Our 6th annual trivia night fundraiser will happen on Friday evening, April 19th. We're looking for players and business to partner with!

What is Powell Terrace?

Powell Terrace Food Pantry is a ministry of Bogey Hills Baptist Church. For over 30 years, Powell Terrace has been feeding people spiritually and physically. We welcome churches, businesses, civic groups, and individuals to prayerfully consider partnering with us in this vital ministry. Powell Terrace feeds approximately 2,000 people each month!

Pantry Hours and Drive Up Instructions for Clients

Mondays, 7:00 - 11:00 am

Meat, produce, deli items, canned food, bread, dairy, juice and baked goods. Clients can only receive food every other Monday (you cannot receive food on two consecutive Mondays).

Clients should pull in front of the pantry along Boone Avenue. A pantry volunteer will bring food to the vehicle and clients will load it themselves. Assistance with loading is provided if needed. Clients do not need to show any ID and do not need a referral to get food.
Wednesdays, 7:00 - 10:00 am
Produce, deli items, bread, and baked goods. Clients are allowed to come every Wednesday to receive food.

Partner with Us

  • Pantry Needs: Financial support, canned food, toilet paper, feminine products, boxes of cereal, non-perishable items.
  • We often partner with community members and local businesses for food drives too, so contact us to make those arrangements!
  • Join us in the spring for our annual trivia night fundraiser. We are always looking for sponsors, donations of auction items and door prizes, and people to play!
